Missed Classes/ Make-Up Classes

You must "make up" any missed classes before the end of each term. Make-up classes CANNOT be carried over to another term. Please consult the schedule to see the different time-slots for each level.

Please note that missed classes cannot be used to obtain credit toward private lessons; private lessons must be paid for separately.

Holidays

Classes go ahead as usual on statutory holidays. If you are going away, please do a make-up.

Cancellations and Refunds

To apply for a refund you must contact Megan within the first two weeks of the term. You will be charged for classes attended plus a $10 administrative fee.

After the second week, you will no longer be entitled to a refund but will receive a credit which can be used within the year, or transferred to a friend.
