Women should wear a body suit or t-shirt and a long, wide skirt. Men should wear
a t-shirt and comfortable trousers.
The most important item for everyone is a pair of shoes with clunky heels! Character
shoes or street shoes will do.
Avoid:
- rubber soles that make no sound and keep you from spinning
- spiked heels, and heels that are higher than two inches
- sandals that might slip off your foot
- platform shoes that cannot bend at the arch
